Substance Pictures are developing, with assistance from the media vault project at the tic, a Digital Short funded by the UK Film Council and Screen West Midlands - MUTTON. It's to be entered for festivals world-wide and sold to broadcasters. The project is intended to raise the profile of Paul Green's fledgling company which is committed to making quality productions in the West Midlands. The success of MUTTON will help to secure funding for more ambitious future projects. |
